SERVICE BULLETIN SBWT9-511-2025 Revision: 0 Date: 22.09.2025 Modification of Aircraft Serial Number DY-511/2014 Page 1 of 3 A. SUBJECT: Modification of the aircraft Type from WT9 Dynamic to aircraft Type WT 9 600 FG with MTOW 600 kg. B. AFFECTED: DY-511/2014. C. REASON: Aerospool spol. s r. o. issues this Service Bulletin in order to transfer the subjected aircraft from the type WT9 Dynamic to the type WT 9 600 FG. After compliance with this service bulletin, the aircraft will become the type WT 9 600 FG and will comply with the Type Certificate 969-20 1, issue 2. For that purpose, the modifications listed in the section “D” must be performed. D. REQUIRED ACTION: Perform the following modifications of the aircraft: 1. Remove the origin carbon fork and replace with carbon fork DYN-240PP-02-A according to drawing DYN-240PP-B. 2. Remove the origin outer main gear ribs and bond the outer main gear ribs DYN-101PPL-32-A and DYN-101PPP-32-A according to drawing DYN-101PP-H. 3. Bond the reinforcements D531000300 and D531000310 between outer and inner main gear ribs according to drawing DYN-101PP-H. 4. Laminate the inner attachment of main gear legs according to drawing DYN-101PP-H. 5. Install the reinforcements of inner main gear ribs DYN-101-53 and DYN-101-54 according to drawing MDYN-101-010. 6. Replace the origin main gear legs by main gear legs D321100010 a D321200010 according to DYN-230PP-B. 7. Apply the reinforcements of fuselage shells and the reinforcements of side fuselage stiffeners according to drawing MDYN-101-012. 8. Apply the reinforcements around the opening in the rescue system board according to drawing MDYN-101-013. 9. Bond the rescue system rocket Magnum 601 holders D25600900A and D25600800A according to drawing DYN-107-D. 10. Perform the heat treatment of modified composite structures of airframe for 15 hours at temperature 55 °C. 11. Repair the paint of modified composite structures according to AMM. 12. Replace the origin main strap’s anchors by the main straps anchor’s DYN-160-01-1 and install the washers DYN-160-10 according to drawing DYN-160PP-D. 13. Install the rescue system Magnum 601 S-LSA according to drawing DYN-160PP-D. 14. Replace the origin elevator control rear stop by elevator control rear stop DYN-601-06-3 according to drawing DYN-601-E. 15. Replace the origin elevator control push rod 2 by elevator control push rod DYN-601-03-GB according to drawing DYN-601-E. 16. Modify the control of tow rope guillotine according to drawing DYN-125-A. 17. Remove the origin pitot-static probe and install the pitot-static probe DYN-901-01-A according to drawing DYN-901-B. 18. Install the stall strips D574000040 and D574000050 according to drawing DYN-520-A. 19. Apply full-length fire-resistant insulation Pyrojacket PJ-08 of oil hoses. Apply Pyrosil PST-16 tape at the ends of fire-resistant insulation. SERVICE BULLETIN SBWT9-511-2025 Revision: 0 Date: 22.09.2025 Modification of Aircraft Serial Number DY-511/2014 Page 2 of 3 20. Install the canopy lock with safety latch and sensor according to DV WT9 10B / 2019. 21. Adjust the fuel reserve warning to 10 l per fuel tank and perform calibration of fuel quantity indication according to NDO-FORM5-004.1. 22. Adjust limitations and airspeed color marking in the EFIS and analogue instruments according to POH for WT 9 600. 23. Update interior and exterior placards and markings according to drawing DYN-020-EN. 24. Perform pitot-static system leak test according to NDO-FORM5-050.1. 25. Perform measurement of control surfaces deflections according to NDO-FORM5-053.1. 26. Install the stainless-steel placard DYN-700-01-15 with the below information into the aircraft according to drawing MDYN-700-001. The original data plate shall remain in the aircraft. Update the Equipment List of the aircraft. 28. Determine the weight and balance after modification according to NDO-FORM5-051.1. 29. Update information in the POH. 30.
