The “AvFabulous” package is designed to modernize your King Air interior and upgrade it to appear like a new C90GT interior. The complete “AvFabulous” package consists of: 1. Before After Before After Before After KING AIR 90 Series Arm Ledge Table System KING AIR 90 Series Arm Ledge Table Systems Description: The centerpiece of our “AvFabulous“ interior upgrade package is the AvFab arm Ledge Table System (ALTS). The ALTS is designed to bring a dated King Air interior into the 21st century in both appearance and function. The OEM tables had two shallow cup holders that are only accessible when the tables were deployed. The new tables offer four deeper cup holders that are accessible at all times. The table mechanisms are also more robust and require much less effort to deploy and to store. In concert with the new tables, the new sidewall panels incorporate the new C90GTx style arm ledge. The sidewall with integrated outboard armrest rail modernizes the aircraft and allows more useable room on the seat surface. Models: Beechcraft King Air 90, 200 Features: Kit includes 2 tables, side panels, arm ledges, STC, installation instructions and parts, etc. No upholstery is included. Tables delivered in green condition, unless optional laminating is chosen. Drink holders built into top of table eliminate the "flip out" drink holders. Replace worn out or weak tables with the newest style. FAA STC: SA1638WI Options: Tables can be constructed in Teak, Maple, Mahogany, Bass, or Maple. They are typically provided in a condition that is ready for the installer to complete the finish work. Keep in mind AvFab has a full-service cabinet shop that can finish the tables so they're ready to install, if that is more convenient. Installation: Requires the removal of the original sidewall panels and replacing them with the new composite panels. While there are variances in King Air series, installation time will normally run between 70 and 90 hours depending on the experience level of the technician(s). Lead Time: 10 to 20 working days depending on the customer's requests. KING AIR 90 Series Arm Ledge Table System Installation Kit Components KING AIR 90 Series Aft Jump Seat KING AIR 90 Series Aft Jump Seat Description: The AvFab Aft Jump Seat kit is complete and includes seats, occupant restraint system, attachment feet, oxygen lines, installation instructions, and is delivered in “green” condition, without upholstery. Models: King Air C90, C90A, C90GT, C90 GTi, and E90 Approvals: FAA/STC: SA00635WI EASA: 100422580 Brazil: 2005S12-02 Canada: C-14-0155 Mexico: IA-245/2014 Various other foreign approvals Features: Right Hand Seat folds down from side-wall of aircraft in aft baggage compartment. Kit includes everything to make the installation except upholstery and painting the frames, including the seats, complete restraint system, floor board, all fittings, brackets, hardware, life vests, oxygen lines, comprehensive installation instructions, and STC. Limitations: Installs on right side of aircraft only. Options: Seat upholstery. Installation: Normally 60 to 70 hours depending on the experience of the technician. They give your King Air the contemporary look the jets have. Model: 200 (STC), 90 (Field Approval, STC pending) Options: Available in variety of hues to compliment any interior. Features: Give your King Air a new contemporary look with AvFab pleated window shades. Excellent sun protection, as low as 4% light transmission, and heat reflection up to 75% resulting in less sun damage to your interior. They have insulating properties with a reduction of heat loss of 20%. Approvals: FAA STC and PMA eliminating the need for field approval for 200 series only. Other models require 8110-3. STC: SA01672WI Installation: Kit includes everything necessary to convert the aircraft from Polarizers to the AvFab window shades. Total weight is 2.2 pounds per window. Can only be installed in aircraft that have factory Polarizers. Remove the Polarizers and install AvFab window shades using the same mounting attachments. Kit is complete with everything needed for the installation, including comprehensive installation instructions. Installation time for a ship set of (11) is approximately 20 hours, depending on the experience of the technician. King Airs that have the overhead light bulbs attached to the window line/headliner panels will have no problem. If the light bulb fixture is mounted to the airframe, it will have to be relocated.
