This “stand-alone” Overhaul Manual is required to perform any Challenger 604 Gear Restorations/Repairs, and encompasses OEM approved repairs, engineering support, recommended service bulletins (SB’s) and airworthiness directives (AD’S), as well as OEM mandatory requirements. “West Star has made a substantial investment in our Challenger program in procuring these manuals,” said Steve Goede, Accessories Program Manager, West Star Aviation. “No technician can perform a Challenger 604-192 Month Gear Restoration without this manual, so it was an easy choice for us to get these manuals as soon as they were available, to assure our current and potential Challenger customers that West Star is the best choice for all their Challenger 604 restorations and repairs.” In addition to acquiring one of the initial manuals, West Star offers their Challenger customers the convenience of a variety of services at one location, including airframe and engine maintenance, avionics, parts, aircraft sales, management, and FBO services.
