marketplace by offering high-quality, cost-effective engine coverage for older engine platforms. The key to maintaining an aircraft’s value is to maintain its engines using an hourly maintenance program. This is especially true for older aircraft. With EAP’s lower cost and full service, aging aircraft can stay in service longer and maintain their value. EAP provides expert customer service, increased residual value and cost savings of as much as $80-$100 per engine per hour while using the same high-quality parts, engine MRO shops and field service technicians as the other programs. ENGINES AND APUs COVERED BY EAP EAP focuses specifically on older engine platforms and saves owners money with our single source solution which offers many cost saving advantages. EAP supports the engines and their APUs which power many of today’s most popular business jets, including all TFE731-powered aircraft. Group Maintenance Plan (GMP) lowers the cost of maintenance as compared to the time and material (T&M) invoice process, while protecting operators from the risks of high-cost unforeseen events. Backed by Honeywell Aerospace, an engine enrolled in GMP results in a serialized maintenance reserve account within Honeywell. Maintenance is performed by your choice of Honeywell authorized service centers worldwide, ensuring the highest quality and reliability. Enrollment can occur at any time in the engine life cycle and not-to-exceed price caps are offered for Hot Section and CAM/Overhaul inspections, protecting against cost overruns. Operators experience “Worry Free” maintenance, coving Scheduled and Unscheduled events, Recommended Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directive, and Life Limited Parts, as well as special coverage items. Monthly payments are made based on hours flown and covered maintenance is performed without additional operator cost. GMP is available for Honeywell TPE331-10, -11, -12, and -14 models. GMP is a full coverage maintenance plan. Page | 1 Overview: TAP Blue – a new level of coverage introduced in 2013 – is the most comprehensive and cost- effective engine maintenance program in the industry. TAP Blue provides full coverage for your engines with no surprises. TAP Blue adds even more value than previous levels of TAP because coverage now includes foreign object damage, corrosion, optional service bulletins, and other industry-leading offerings. Parts and labor for all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance are covered, so TAP Blue is like having full engine warranty for as long as enrolled. Key items covered by TAP Blue include: • Foreign object damage • Corrosion (at major periodic inspections) • Incorporation of all optional, recommended, and alert (mandatory) service bulletins • Account credit for unscheduled engine removals • Minimum hour forgiveness • Expedited turnaround option for services at Williams repair station • All routine maintenance, parts, and labor • All major periodic inspections (hot sections and overhauls), parts and labor • Life-limited components • Troubleshooting • Shipping of parts and engines (including loaner engines when applicable) • Wear-out items such as igniter plugs and start nozzles • Engine removal and re-installation (including loaner engines when applicable) • Oil at the oil change • Consumables such as bearing seals and gaskets • Loaner engines at the TAP Blue rate (no event or daily fee) Aircraft Valuation: Most aircraft are enrolled in TAP, and the Aircraft Bluebook values assume enrollment at the current level, TAP Blue. For aircraft enrolled in a TAP level lesser than Blue, deduct $25 per hour from the aircraft valuation. For aircraft not enrolled in TAP, deduct from the aircraft valuation the amount shown in the following tables: this deduction is a close approximation of the normal cost to enroll at the hourly intervals shown. WILLIAMS INTERNATIONAL TOTAL ASSURANCE PLUS (TAP) (2022) Maintenance Service Programs - Page | 2 Table Notes: Note 1. Deduction values represent the total for two engines (other than the single-engine Cirrus) and are close approximations of the normal buy-in amount required to enroll an aircraft not currently enrolled in TAP Blue. Buy-in amounts can vary depending on circumstances; please contact Williams International for actual enrollment quotes. Note 2. Interpolation of values between those listed can be accomplished (except at the major periodic inspection intervals) by simply multiplying actual hours by the value/hour of the listing closest to the actual hours. Note 3. The values shown at major periodic inspections (hot sections and overhaul) assume prior accomplishment of the respective inspections.
