PolyGone™ penetrates, breaks down and emulsifies cured sealants. Once broken down, sealant is suspended to prevent re‐deposition and enable easy rinsing. The gel is suited for parts that cannot be immersed, vertical and inverted surfaces; the liquid is designed for parts that can be immersed such as clecos, fasteners, panel and tooling. PolyWipes™ are lint free wipes impregnated with PolyGone™ to remove un‐cured sealant. NOTE: Abrading metallic basecoats is not recommended, therefore it is imperative that Clearcoating occurs within the 1‐24 hour window. High Solids is a high performance, acrylic urethane designed for use on aircraft. This “High Solids” product is normally used for smaller areas including the painting of smaller general aviation aircraft or striping. Quick drying, with outstanding gloss retention, resistant to chipping, lead and chromate free, good buffing characteristics with unlimited colors available. Contains less then 3.5 lbs. of VOC per mixed gallon. This product requires the CM0830080 Acry Glo® HS Clearcoat. Stir as components are added. 3 Allow admix to induct 15 minutes. 4 Reduce to desired viscosity with approximately 10 ‐ 15% thinner. 5 Tape time can be accelerated by using up to 1 oz. per admixed gallon of CM08181HR Accelerator for touch up or small areas only. If Clearcoating is expected to occur after 12 hours, do not accelerate. Extended times before Clearcoat may create intercoat adhesion problems. 6 Filter, strain and apply. DRYING SCHEDULE Dry times are based on the dry film thickness of 2‐3 mils (50‐75 microns).
