We spent quite a bit of time searching the Citation 650 market. Our client owned and operated a Citation S/II for over a decade and it was time for an upgrade to a larger cabin. Being a pilot owner he was not only concerned with the cabin and baggage, he was also very much interested in avionics, performance, and maintenance pedigree and history. When we located 650-0232, for sale at the time with the Duncan Aviation Aircraft Sales Team, we knew this was the aircraft to buy. The aircraft has been operated under the Duncan Aviation 135 Certificate from 2004 through 2014 when we purchased it. This was the same 135 which operated and cared for the Duncan family fleet of aircraft. All of the maintenance from 2004 to 2014 was completed by the Duncan Aviation maintenance department at their Lincoln NE facility. At the time we were negotiating our deal with Duncan the aircraft was coming up on the Document 8 & 11 inspections. We were able to structure the deal with the Seller to complete those inspections to act as our pre-purchase inspection. We could not have asked for a more thorough and detailed pre-purchase inspection. The aircraft was painted in 2009 by Duncan Aviation. It was always hangared at Duncan and has always been hangared by our client. I would rate the paint a 9 of 10. The interior was showing wear when we purchased the aircraft and our client had every intention of doing a full interior. But one schedule conflict after another and the interior refurbishment never took place. When evaluating this option keep in mind that the paint is near perfect but the aircraft does need a full interior including wood veneer and all softgoods. With outstanding ownership & maintenance pedigree, recent Doc 8 & 11 inspections by Duncan Aviation, motors covered on MSP Gold, recent paint by Duncan Aviation, and a well equipped cockpit there simply is not another aircraft to consider other than Citation VI S/N 650-0232 with US registration N711LT. We are certain that this Citation will make a wonderful Aircraft for its next owner. We thank you for taking time to go through our very detailed specification sheet and photos presented.
