TECHNICAL DETAILS 1.1 Category: Mandatory 1.2 Airplanes affected: G 115D S/N 82014/D, 82052/D, 82067/D, 82078/D G 115E all S/N G 115EG all S/N (during series production as of S/N 82240) 1.3 Time of Compliance: All instructions: next 100 hours inspection after receipt of material 1.4 Subject: ATA-Code: 25-10 Baggage compartment cover 1.5 Reason: Due to different modifications, including canopy sealing improvement an increase of the carbon monoxide concentration might be possible. To reduce the carbon monoxide concentration in the cockpit, the loud speaker cover, installed in the baggage compartment, must be replaced by a new closed cover plate. 1.6 Concurrent documents: N/A 1.7 Approval Note: These information or instructions relate to change no. IM 1078-84 which has been approved under the authority of JAA Design Organisation Approval No. LBA.NJA.008. The following steps are to be taken: - remove screws (item 460, qty. 8) and remove loudspeaker covers (item 450) - install new cover plate P/N 115E-2000.40 using screws (item 460) 2.
