COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA (Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998), PART 39 - 105 CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY AUTHORITY SCHEDULE OF AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVES Page 1 of 1 AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 60/13. Beechcraft 60 (Duke) Series Aeroplanes AD/BEECH 60/13 Front Seat Restraint Installations 1/2008 Requirement: CANCELLED. This AD is cancelled on 17 January 2008. Background: This AD was issued in 1971 to require the installation of upper torso restraint on aircraft certified prior to 1967. This AD has been replaced by AD/GENERAL/74 Amendment 1.
