Description of Type Design Change

I Australian Government ; Civil Aviation SafetyAuthority Supplemental Type Certificate Number STC SVA 528 Issue 3 This certificate, issued to Irenic Pty Ltd (Trading as West Star Aviation) ARN 767442 17 Mustang Road Jandakot,WA6164 Previously issued to: TAE Aviation Pty Ltd ARN 561713 Hangar 1C, James Schofield Drive Adelaide Airport SA 5950 Australia certifies that the change in the type design for the following product, with the conditions and limitations specified herein, meets the airworthiness requirements of regulation 21.101 ofCASR 1998. Original Product Reference Cessna model 441 Type Acceptance Certificate A192, Issue 1 Description of Type Design Change A life extension program, requiring modification of the airframe and incorporation of a mandatory inspection program, which allows operations beyond Cessna's current 22,500 hour limitation. Conditions This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this modification and any of those previously approved modifications will produce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. This certificate shall remain in effect until suspended, cancelled, or a termination date is otherwise established by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority. Limitations Refer to STC Continuation Sheet for limitations and type design data. Date of Application 25 August 2008 Date of Initial Issue 10 August 2010 Date of Issue 2 18 November 2010 Date of issue 3 11 March 2020 Supplemental Type Certificate - SVA 528 (Continuation Sheet - Issue 3) Limitations The following limitations are supplementary to the conditions and limitations given in the original product reference certificate. The original conditions and limitations continue to apply unless superseded by the limitations below. Applicability This STC is applicable to Cessna model 441 aircraft, serial numbers 441-0001 through 441-00362 and 441-00698, which incorporate Aeronautical Engineers Australia Engineering Order E013757.006/1, Issue 1 dated 7 July 2010, or later CASA approved Issue. Airworthiness Limitations To be eligible for the following life extensions, aircraft incorporating this STC must be inspected in accordance with both the Continuous Inspection Program, and the Supplementary Inspection Document, detailed in the Maintenance Manual Supplement MMS13757.030-01. Life Extension Limitations This STC permits the operation of the C441 until a) 40,000 hours, or b) 40,000 flight cycles, or c) 25,000 flight cycles after incorporation of this STC, whichever occurs first.
