REVISION RECORD REV DATE PAGE CHANGE DESCRIPTION 00 02/29/2024 ALL Initial release. 01 03/21/2024 1 Update Original Effective Date: WAS 3/1/2024; IS: 4/2/2024 SUBJECT Pitch Trim Actuator Maintenance EFFECTIVITY Original Effective Date: 04/02/2024 Serial Range: 100-0001 through 100-0338 SUMMARY Daher has developed specific procedures for testing and servicing Kodiak pitch trim actuators. This Service Bulletin is intended to bring these new procedures to the attention of Kodiak 100 owners and mandate an initial compliance. Detailed information can be found in the Field Service Instruction listed below. DOCUMENT NUMBER TITLE FSI-184 Pitch Trim Actuator Maintenance COMPLIANCE This Mandatory Service Bulletin must be complied with at or before the next annual inspection. SB24-01 has a one time compliance requirement only. Future pitch trim actuator maintenance schedule will be detailed in Chapter 5 of the AM902.0, Kodiak 100 Airplane Maintenance Manual, Revision 32 or later. CREDIT AND WARRANTY INFORMATION Daher will reimburse up to eight (8) hours of the labor costs associated with this Service Bulletin for all Kodiak 100 airplanes within the factory airframe warranty. This offer will be valid for one year and one month from release of this bulletin.
