The propeler model PHC-C3YF-1RF/F8468A-6R S/N EE-1069 with 1607.0 hours total time and 298.7 SMOH 5/27/2009 was cleaned and reinstalled. The fueland ol hoses were previously replaced 1/21/2019 at 1511.4 hours total time. flushed, inspected and reinstalled. A log copy was made from the engine enty and placed in the airframe log. The alternator P/N ALV-9610 S/N H-T103289 was previously installed 2/14/2020 at 1535 6 hours The alternator and drve gear were inspected, drive gear slippage check accomplished and alternator installed on the new engine. Transferred the Tanis engine pre-heater and installed 2 new heat pad elements PIN TEP2928-115/80 with new type connectors. Installed new Beechcraft ram air ducts for the battery box, nose bug to fuel metering unit and heater inlet air from nose bug to heat muff PIN's 115167DXX121323, 115167CXZO60585 and 11716AX2XZ14. Installed a new Brackett induction fiter element. Next replacement is due in 200 hours or 12 months. Serviced the engine with 20-50 Type M Phillips oil. The Garmın ESl unit was reset to indicate correct Fuel Flow and Manifold pressure ranges as per Drawing 77-11-00 page 3 Required placards verified or installed as listed on DRW 11-15-00and 11-16-00 Installed the supplied Flight Manual Supplement FMS-846899 approved for this aircraft with Permission stamp in the aircraft fight manual. Revised the aircraft weight and balance. The engine was ground run and leak checked. Adjusted the engine to spec as per CMI M-0 Standard Practices Manual. final adjustment made as necessary The engine was flight tested and Applied caterpillar track to lower engine nacelle and insulated heat duct from exhaust shroud to mixing valve with fire sleeve and foil tape. Mounted new Michelin 7.00-6/6/120 tires with new Michelin tubes on each main gear wheel. Tire part number 070-3 13-0, tube part number 092-3 18-0. Tire serial numbers 3208TO0151 and 3208TOO182. Mounted new Michelin 5.00-5/6/120 tire, serial number 3165TO0307, on nose gear wheel, reused serviceable tube. Inflated tires to proper psi with nitrogen. Balanced wheel assemblies and reinstalled on aircraft. Performed gear retraction test to check for proper clearance and operation. Aircraft approved for return to servjce. Madkit Mark L.
