Comprehensive solutions to enhance the value and performance of your aircraft Citation X Options and Upgrades Primus Elite Flight Deck Display Upgrade The Primus Elite flight deck display upgrade is a retrofit that delivers the most sophisticated and user friendly display upgrade available today, featuring powerful graphics, advanced features and the improved clarity of liquid crystal display (LCD) technology. Safety enhancements include XM® graphical weather, Jeppesen electronic charts and maps, and video display capability, all enabled through a cursor control interface. Highly reliable LCDs replace your existing CRT (cathode ray tube) displays and add graphical capability to your flight deck, but without the downtime, expense or additional pilot training needed with a traditional full cockpit replacement. FMZ-2000 Flight Management System FMS 6.1 Upgrade The Honeywell FMZ-2000 Flight Management System (FMS) version 6.1 provides better access to more airports, increased safety, reduced crew workload and significant operational efficiency improvements for operators. The FMS software upgrade provides the capability for:  Improved airport access with WAAS/ LPV and other approaches  Reduced pilot workload with new FMS software enhancements  Growth for future capability  Eight versions of field loadable TOLD (take-off and landing data) for every type of certified Citation X configuration. Increase the performance, effi ciency and resale value of your Citation X with Honeywell’s industry- leading products and integrated service solutions Improved Situational Awareness  Electronic charts and maps with geo-referenced aircraft positioning  XM® graphical weather  Video display capabilities Reduced Cost of Ownership  2x display system reliability  Maintains current display formats  Minimal pilot training  Cooling requirements diminished Growth to New Generation Technology  Synthetic Vision Display  Advanced map display Improved Aircraft Resale Value Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast (ADS-B) Out Automatic Dependent Surveillance- Broadcast (ADS-B) mandates are planned by numerous regulatory agencies throughout the world. These mandates will also bring operational benefits such as fuel and time savings as well as added safety margins in high traffic environments. Honeywell is actively developing products to support in-service aircraft in meeting these mandates and has already implemented a number of transponder ADS-B upgrades. ADS-B Out is being offered. The solution proposed satisfies the currently known ADS-B Out mandates including TSO-C166b and TSO-C112c and compliance with DO-260B. The major areas implementing the ADS-B mandates for retrofit aircraft are:  Australia December 2013  Europe December 2017  United States 2020 All certification regulatory authorities are encouraging equipage prior to the mandates due to airspace capacity issues as well as increased operational benefits as more aircraft become equipped with ADS-B Out. Note: FMS version 6.1 software is required as a prerequisite for ADS-B Out capability. Smart Runway / Smart Landing As air traffic increases and airports become more congested, there is a need for runway safety equipment. Designed to break the chain of events leading to either a runway incursion or a runway excursion, Honeywell’s SmartRunway and SmartLanding products increase flight safety by improving situational awareness for pilots and crew members during approach, landing, taxi and take-off. These next-generation solutions build upon existing Honeywell technologies to deliver enhanced performance with smarter alerts and added visual messaging. Both Smart Runway and Smart Landing are software upgrades to existing EGPWS MK V and MK VII systems, which has proven itself for over 600 million flight hours, and can be enabled with the -236-236 release. Aspire 200 Satellite Communication System (Satcom) Aspire 200 in-flight communications systems offer a broad range of connectivity options to suit a wide variety of requirements. These systems operate on the Inmarsat I-4 satellite network, which has near worldwide coverage, making them ideal for small- to mid-sized aircraft flying globally. The systems are designed with common interfaces for flexible installation options, and ease of upgrade all at prices much lower than other comparably featured systems. Aspire 200 systems are sold in three distinct packages: Aspire200 LG, Aspire 200 IG and Aspire 200 HG. Each package provides one channel of SwiftBroadband service, enabling simultaneous cabin phone, Internet access, VPN and messaging. Aspire 200 systems provide high performance in-flight connectivity and are comprised of an HDU-200 Transceiver (High-speed Data Unit), IPLD (Integrated High-power/ Low-noise Amplifier Diplexer), CCU-200 (communications convergence unit) or an optional CNX-200 Network Accelerator, and choice of antenna. Increasing the system’s capability and coverage only requires replacing a low-gain antenna with a higher- gain antenna. The Aspire 200 HG system with a high gain antenna has the added benefit of automatic Swift 64 fallback when out of I-4 coverage, to maintain connectivity wherever the aircraft flies. Upgrade your AH-800 AHRS to full Honeywell Laseref IV For the early Citation X serial numbers (up to 750-0067), there is now an option to upgrade to the Laseref IV Inertial Reference System. This upgrade will replace both AH-800s with Laseref IV IRUs and control panel. The Laseref IV is Honeywell’s fourth- generation Inertial Reference Unit. The IRU contains three ring laser gyros (RLGs) that provide fast alignment times and high navigation accuracy. The Laseref upgrade provides higher reliability, as well as, additional navigation capability to help meet oceanic RNP requirements including RAIM and is required for satellite TV installations.
