Payments Annual pre-payment, based on estimated annual flight hours. Year 2 will be invoiced automatically 30 days in advance of contract anniversary Flight-hour reconciliation At anniversary of contract term, subject to minimum flight hours Transferability Full transferability via contract novation. If new owner does not agree to remaining terms, the contract may be canceled.
