Number SA4795SW This Certificate issued to DEL-AIR 2121 South Wildcat Way Porterville, California 93257 certifies that the change in the type design for the following product with the limitations and conditions therefor as specified hereon meets the airworthiness requirements of Part 3 of the Civil Air Regulations. Original Product Type Certificate Number : Make : Model : 3A19 CESSNA 150, 150A thru 150M, A150K thru A150M, 152 and A152 Description of Type Design Change: Installation of an Avco Lycoming 0-360 or 0-320 engine and increase airplane gross weight in accordance with Drawing List JS000, revised 05/15/90, or later FAA approved revision. Limitations and Conditions : Cessna Model 150, 150A thru 150C, A150K thru A150M, and A152 airplanes require Airplane Supplemental Flight Manual dated June 26, 1990. Eligible engine models are listed on Drawing JS001, Revision H, dated September 4, 1986. Airworthiness Directive (AD) 86-15-07 is applicable to airplanes modified by this design. Compatibility of this modification with previously installed equipment must be determined by installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
