Before Take-Off
Before take-off, ensure the pitot heat is ON and set the flaps to 2 (20° TO). The autopilot should be set to NAV/HDG and ALT/VS at 900 feet per minute. Maximum torque should be 2,400 and RPM at 1,900. The rotation speed (VR) is between 70-83 KIAS, depending on flaps and weight.
Cruise Climb
During cruise climb, maintain a pitch of approximately 7.5° at around 500 feet AGL and a speed of 95 KIAS with flaps UP. For power climb, set torque to 2,300 and RPM to 1,900, achieving a speed of about 104 KIAS. For normal cruise climb, use torque of 2,400 and RPM of 1,800 to reach approximately 125 KIAS.
Descent
Initiate descent at a distance of about 4 nautical miles for every 1,000 feet above the destination altitude. Use a torque setting of 1,500 and maintain a pitch of approximately -2.5° to achieve a speed of 140-160 KIAS with a descent rate of 800-1,000 feet per minute.
Approach
For VFR approach, begin at 1,000 feet above the destination altitude. Set RPM to 1,900 and ensure the yaw damper is OFF. At 8-6 nautical miles, set torque to 1,500 for a speed of approximately 150 KIAS. Adjust flaps as needed to 20° TO and then to 30° LDG as you approach the runway.

Initially I created these guide/checklists for my own personal use only, so that for a quick flight I would have the most important power settings/speeds on one page. But I want to share it with people who are new to flying in a simulator and who are looking for a quick reference for that particular aircraft. The procedures are very simplified and in some cases not corresponding to real procedures at all, yet contain all the numbers I need to know to fly the plane within reasonable parameters in the MS Flight Simulator. *1) As a beginner make necessary little corrections in the final approach to aim for the runway only with PITCH, don´t fidle much with the throttle unless you really need to, because you are about to crash or coming in way too high. Usually the speed remains in an acceptable range to land. Concentrate on hiting the runway first before trying to hit the perfect landing speeds. Make use of visual aids like PAPI/VASI or even ILS Instruments to support your VFR approach. Something UNDERLINED means, this is the main parameter you should be controlling or maintaining in this phase of flight. Die Schritte sind stark vereinfacht und entsprechen teilweise überhaupt nicht den realen Prozeduren, enthalten aber alle Angaben die man braucht, um das Flugzeug innerhalb annehmbarer Parameter im MS Flugsimulator zu fliegen. *1) Als Einsteiger solltet ihr kleinere, notwendig werdende Fluglagekorrekturen, um in der letzte Phase des Landeanfluges die Landebahn zu treffen, mit der PICTH (Nase hoch, Nase runter) machen und nicht soviel mit dem Schub/Gashebel spielen, außer ihr seid kurz vor dem Abstürzen oder kommt viel zu hoch rein. Die Geschwindigkeit bleibt trotzdem innerhalb eines annehmbaren Bereiches um zu Landen. Konzentriert Euch zunächst darauf, die Landbahn zu treffen, bevor ihr versucht zusätzlich auch die perfekte Landegeschwindigkeit zu treffen.
