This document is a Temporary Revision No. 31 to the PC-12/47E Pilot's Operating Handbook, issued to update the engine start procedure in light of potential loss of avionics or engine indications during engine start. It includes specific instructions for handling such situations and is applicable to certain aircraft serial numbers.

  • This revision updates Section 4 – Normal Procedures.
  • It is valid for PC-12/47E aircraft MSN 1720, 2001 and up.
  • The EPECS will abort an engine start under specific conditions.
  • Loss of avionics/engine indications requires the ENGINE switch to be turned OFF.
  • Maintenance must be reported for ITT exceedance checks.
  • The document is EASA approved under Approval Number: 10087600.
  • The revision was issued on July 16, 2025.
