It is approved under Helicopteres Guimbal (HG) DOA and is to be used in association with the Maintenance Manual as Instructions for Continued Airworthiness. When a part is not compatible with all configurations, the IPC states ‘Compatibility Restrictions’ through drawings or specific notes. If a Service Bulletin (SB) is required for the installation of one or more part(s), it is indicated as ‘Related SB’. Only parts marked as ‘Available’ can be supplied from HG. The user has the responsibility to ensure that he is using the latest approved revision. 0.2 Technical Support and Spare Parts General Information HG office is open (French Local Time): • Monday through Thursday, 8:30 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 18:00, • Friday, 8:30 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 17:00. For more details, refer to the Standard Conditions of Sales, available on support.guimbal.com. 0.3 Return Material Authorization To help ensuring smooth process of repairs and warranty claims, a Return Material Authorization is required for all parts returned to HG. No product should be returned without first contacting HG for a RMA number. The RMA number is valid for 30 days from the issue date. How to get a RMA number? 1/ Fill out the form available on the Customer portal, 2/ Send it via e-mail to support@guimbal.com, with the log card of the component if applicable. Helicopteres Guimbal Illustrated Parts Catalog CABRI G2 SECTION 0 - GENERAL J70-004 Issue 04 Approved under DOA.EASA.21J.211 0-1 The RMA’s “Reason for return” cell must be as detailed as possible. Avoid comments such as “inoperative”, “unserviceable” or “not working”. No dismantled, altered product or with missing components necessary to the proper operation of the product will be accepted. The product must be clean and properly packaged with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box. The Customer is responsible for the shipping, including charges. 0.4 Warranty Process Option 1 > The required part is ordered to replace the defective one. Once replaced, the defective one is shipped back to HG through the RMA process. Once received, the part is expertized by HG or the appropriate vendor. If the part is still under warranty and confirmed as defective, the claim is accepted and the Customer is provided with: • A credit note covering the replacement part already bought, OR • A new part, OR • The repaired part. In accordance with the instructions specified by the customer in the RMA. If the warranty is rejected, handling charges may apply, and the part is: • Scrapped, in which case scrapping charges may apply, OR • Sent back to the Customer along with the inspection report, at the charge of the Customer. Option 2 > The defective part is shipped back to HG through the RMA process. Once received, the part is expertized by HG or the appropriate vendor.
