Issue: Initial Page 1 of 1 Communiqué ME-TP-0023 Multi-Engine Turboprop Communiqué Communiqué ME-TP-0023 December 2020 ATA 00 – Introducing the new Beechcraft King Air 260 and 360 turboprops Effectivity: BY-393 & after, BZ-3 & after, FL-1201, FL-1234 & after, FM-98 & after Textron Aviation has introduced two new Beechcraft King Air turboprop iterations this year: The Beechcraft King Air 260 and Beechcraft King Air 360 aircraft. Featuring updated technological advancements to the cockpit and improvements in the cabin, these new designs reflect the company’s continued commitment to making substantial investment in its current industry leading products. The King Air 260 is a designation of the King Air model B200GT. The King Air 360 is a designation of the King Air model B300. The following features are included in both the King Air 260 and King Air 360: • IS&S ThrustSense® Autothrottle system • Integrated digital cabin pressurization • Fusion phase 4 avionics upgrades • Optional SXM weather • Optional Avance L3 WiFi • IPECO seats • Integrated flap indicator The following features apply to the King Air 360 only (not King Air 260): • Increased differential pressurization to 6.8 nominal, 7.1 max psid • Completely redesigned cabin interior with new seats and furniture • Interior lighting upgrade with cupholder and pinhole sidewall lighting • Pleated cabin window shades The RTA-4112 multi-scan weather radar was standard on the Beechcraft King Air 350i, and optional on the Beechcraft King Air 250 turboprops. It is now standard on both the King Air 260 and King Air 360. Refer to your aircraft maintenance manual for more information. The IS&S ThrustSense® Autothrottle is a factory installed STC. Its instructions for continued airworthiness and installation manual are posted on the King Air Instructions for Continued Airworthiness page at txtavsupport.com, along with other factory-installed STCs.
