Par contre, ils peuvent compor- ter la prise d’un échantillon d’urine.
Les renseignements obtenus à la suite de l’examen médical sont protégés, sous réserve du pouvoir conféré au directeur des enquêtes sur la navigabilité d’en faire l’usage qu’il juge nécessaire dans l’intérêt de la sécurité aérienne.
Omettre de se conformer au présent avis peut constituer une violation du paragraphe 14(12) de la Loi sur l’aéronautique , laquelle violation est une infraction au titre du paragraphe 24.6(1) de cette loi passible de pénalités, notamment d’empri‐ sonnement.
